When renowned music artist Pras Michel of the Fugees returns to his country of Haiti following the tragic earthquake of2010, he mobilizes a presidential campaign for Haiti's most controversial singer, Michel Martelly nicknamed Sweet Micky, the worlds of music and politics come together. Against a compromised government, civil turmoil, and a rigged election, the politically inexperienced couple start out on their journey.
