Take Home Pay
Alama and Popo, two brothers from Samoa, arrive in New Zealand for the first time as Seasonal Workers, intending to send a substantial amount of money back to their families in Samoa. When Popo steals Alamas' money and flees, however, the situation rapidly deteriorates. Bob Titilo, a forty-year-old aspiring private investigator, is the only relative to respond to Alama's plea for assistance. Alama is determined not to return home empty-handed. When Bob's unorthodox methods lead them on a wild goose chase, Alama begins to question his choice.
