Taking Woodstock
The story of Elliot Tiber and his family, who unwittingly helped turn the legendary Woodstock Music and Arts Festival into a phenomenon. When Elliot learns that a nearby town has revoked a permit for a hippie music festival, he contacts the organizers in the hopes of generating some much-needed revenue for his parents' run-down motel. Three weeks later, half a million people are on their way to Elliot's neighbor's farm in White Lake, New York, and he finds himself caught up in a generation-defining event that will permanently impact his life–and American culture.
