In 1920, when Korea is ruled by the Japanese, Hae-chul and his subordinates from the Korean Independence Army carry out the mission to send money to the Korean Provisional Government in Shanghai. During the operation, Hae-chul meets up with Jang-ha, a young squad leader whose job it is to protect Samdunja. They work together to trap the Japanese soldiers in Samdunja, where they are soundly beaten. Now, Japanese troops are after them, and Hae-chul learns that Jang-mission ha's isn't over yet. He still has to do an important but dangerous job.
