Jackie (Carly Hughes), an up-and-coming journalist, finds that her life is at a crossroads until she finds a chance to run a small-town newspaper in Alaska that she didn't know about. Jackie decides to give it a go and moves to the small, picture-perfect town, even though she doesn't want to. Christmas articles quickly bring the newspaper back to profit, and soon, she's in love with both her new home and the son of the paper's former owner. In fact, when Jackie's old boss says she wants to take over the paper for herself, she'll need a Christmas miracle to keep it alive.
