Liam (Sam Claflin), an ex-convict attempting to regain his family's affection and trust before to the 2012 London Olympics, is the protagonist of the film. He has lost everything to a local crime gang led by Clifford Cullen (Spall), who has links at the highest levels of politics, finance, and law enforcement.
