To make matters worse, he is accused of the murder of his own brother and imprisoned during a high-stakes game of baduk (go) against notorious underground gambler Sal-soo. He has vowed vengeance and is putting in the hours at the gym. Sal-soo and his soldiers are on the verge of being overtaken by a group of mercenaries led by Tricks, a hermit and blind master player named "The Lord," and a skilled junkyard owner named Mok-su. To get inside Sal Soo's inner circle, Tae-seok slowly breaks into the gambling parlor where Sal Soo and his henchmen meet. Sal-soo, on the other hand, finds Tae-true seok's identity and challenges him to a final game that would determine both men's fates.
