Is it a malignancy with no apparent motive? Elvis discharges from the Navy and relocates to Texas, where he meets his father, a pastor at a Christian community church whom he has never met. Pastor Dave warns Elvis to stay away and encourages his family not to associate with him, despite the fact that Elvis is his son from a pre-conversion connection. Elvis, on the other hand, has made an impression on Malerie, the pastor's 16-year-old daughter. While Elvis seduces Malerie, Dave investigates his conscience and comes to a fresh conclusion.
