The Love Letter
Jonas, a 40-year-old Parisian, is still smitten with his ex-girlfriend Léa. When he knocks on her door to declare his feelings and she refuses, he ends up at the café downstairs. Inspiration hits, and he sits down to write her a long love letter, ignoring all he was scheduled to do that day. What begins as a desperate attempt to reclaim her quickly transforms into a passionate meditation on the state of his life. Over the course of a day, Jonas must confront his previous relationships, his uncertain future, and, most importantly, himself, with the assistance of a wisecracking bartender and a diverse mix of neighborhood guests.
