A weary American journalist is dispatched to chronicle a crisis in northern Africa, but he makes little headway. Locke assumes the identity of a stranger who appears similar to him after discovering his body. However, Locke soon discovers that the man is an armaments dealer, putting him in perilous positions. Locke is aided by a gorgeous woman in his escape from the cops and crooks.
