A spunky adolescent girl sets out on a desperate attempt to fight back a group of robbers and defend her parents' farm, their surviving animals, and the solar panels that keep them safe from extraterrestrials in a secluded corner of rural, post-apocalyptic England now overrun by unseen alien invaders.
