It's 1649, and Mazarin hires the poor D'Artagnan to look for the other three musketeers: As soon as King Cromwell is gone, the French king is afraid of a revolt, especially from Beaufort, who is very famous. Aramis and Athos help Beaufort in secret. Porthos is tired of money and wants a title. When the musketeers don't stop Beaufort from getting out of prison, they can be used. Mazarin sends them to London to help free Charles I from prison. They are also being chased by Justine, the daughter of Milady de Winter, who was their enemy 20 years ago. Justine wants to get back at Milady for what she did to her mother. They have to leave England, avoid Justine, serve the Queen, and get Beauford's political reforms approved by the Queen.
