Beach Boy is a maverick police officer whose strict superiors disapprove of his unconventional and ineffective behavior. Mrs. Chow, his incompetent companion, isn't much of a help and is more focused on caring for his countless children. Beach Boy and Mrs. Chow rescue Ah Yuk, a pretty Mainland girl who had been tormented by her criminal uncle, during a routine stakeout. When Ah Yuk runs out of places to live, she moves in with Beach Boy, who is unsure of how to handle a gorgeous, helpful female presence in his cramped bachelor pad.
