New York singer Nick Rivers makes a concert appearance in East Germany as part of a music festival. His life is turned upside down when he falls in love with Hillary Flammond and is forced to join a terrorist organization. On her father's abduction by the Germans, Rivers teams up with Agent Cedric and Flammond to rescue the scientist in order to persuade him to help create a new naval mine.
