Together, a filmmaker and her characters embark on an intimate research endeavor. Touch Me Not traces the emotional experiences of Laura, Tómas, and Christian, providing a profoundly empathetic look into their lives. They try to overcome previous patterns, protection mechanisms, and taboos in order to eventually be liberated from their irrational fear of intimacy and their desire for closeness. Touch Me Not examines how we can find intimacy in the most unexpected circumstances, as well as how to love another person without losing oneself.
