Trauma
In the wake of escaping a mental institution, an anorexic young woman meets a young man who wants to help her recover from her demons. As soon as she is apprehended and brought back to her parents, the garrotting stranger who has been terrorizing the village and striking only when it rains beheads both of her parents. As the young orphan and her new lover begin their own inquiry, a link is established between the victims and a specific operation performed years before, putting their lives in jeopardy.
