8 Out of 10 Cats is a British comedy panel show on Channel 4 that is made by Zeppotron. It initially aired on June 3, 2005. The show is based on statistics and polls of public opinion. It uses polls done by many different groups, as well as new polls done for the show by the company Harris Poll. The name of the show comes from a famous ad slogan for Whiskas cat food, which said that "8 out of 10 cats prefer Whiskas."
