What kinds of activities do farm animals engage in while no one is watching? Just ask Otis, a carefree cow known as the "party cow" who inherited the responsibility of maintaining order in the barn and among its occupants. But rather than being driven by responsibilities, Otis is compelled by an unquenchable need to have fun, fun, and more fun. Along with his barnyard companions Pip, Pig, and Freddy, Otis will stop at nothing in his pursuit of a good time... which, more often than not, involves a few close encounters with humans and other threats to what actually goes on behind closed barndoors.
