Itsuki's cousin Mahiru tells him she's pregnant on the day he graduates from high school. Then, a light gate opens up and takes them to the world of Granvania. "Impurities" have been disturbing the Stars in this land, which has caused Granvania to fall into chaos and disorder. Itsuki, who is now known to be destined to meet the "Star Maidens," is seen as Granvania's last hope. Because of this, she was given the job of making "Star Children" and fighting the "impurities."
