Durarara!!
Among the many weird stories and warnings of mysterious gangs and hazardous residents in Tokyo's downtown district of Ikebukuro, one urban legend stands out above the rest: the existence of a headless "Black Rider" who is believed to be spotted riding a jet-black motorcycle through city streets. Mikado Ryuugamine has always desired the thrills of city life, and an offer from a childhood friend persuades him to relocate to Tokyo. Observing the Black Rider on his first day in the city, it appears that his desires have already been granted. Ordinary folks like himself, as well as Ikebukuro's most colorful residents, become entangled in the uproar that has erupted in their city as otherworldly events begin to unfold.
