Kim Mi Young (Jang Nara), a hard worker who is also kind and timid, has little in the way of education, beauty, or wealth; however, all of that changes after she has a fateful night of accidental passion with Lee Gun, the spoiled, rich heir to a family company. Lee Gun is the protagonist of the drama (Jang Hyuk). Her inconsequential life is utterly upended when she learns that she is expecting a child and is forced to wed him in a hasty ceremony as a result. The couple makes the decision to make the best of a challenging circumstance; nevertheless, just as Lee Gun starts to display his developing fondness for Kim Mi Young, his first love comes back into the picture to stake her claim.
