Little Bear

A Canadian children's television program called Maurice Sendak's Little Bear is based on the Little Bear books, which were written by Else Holmelund Minarik and illustrated by Maurice Sendak. It was initially created by Nelvana for Nickelodeon and is now broadcast on Treehouse TV in Canada and Nick Jr. in the US. It debuted in the UK on Children's BBC and was featured in the Toy Box BBC video collection in the late 1990s. Additionally, it aired on Nick Jr. UK before moving to Tiny Pop. Following the conclusion of the series, a full-length direct-to-video/DVD movie was also produced.
