The "Abyss" is the last unknown location, and it is a massive cave system that is fraught with danger. It is rich with old artifacts and bizarre monsters. Cave Raider is a moniker that has been given to the most courageous explorers because they are the only ones who are able to explore the cave's depths. A little girl by the name of Riko is exploring the Abyss when she comes upon a robot that has the appearance of a boy. Riko and her new acquaintance venture into unfamiliar terrain in an attempt to solve the mysteries of the Abyss, but what dangers are hiding in the shadows for the two of them?
