Since elementary school, Kang Baek-ho and Ham Yi-seul have been the best of friends. Baek-ho had never acknowledged his affection to her, ignorant that Yi-seul has loved him for more than two decades. At the wedding ceremony when Yi-seul is ready to marry another guy, Baek-ho laments because he never expressed his love for the bride.
