Ripper Street

A drama that takes place in the East End of London in 1889, after Jack the Ripper has killed people. The story is mostly about the notorious H Division, also known as "the police precinct from hell." Its job is to keep the streets of Whitechapel from being too chaotic. Ripper Street is about the lives of people who are trying to move on from Jack the Ripper's crimes, which have changed not only their lives but also the whole city. At the heart of the drama, our detectives try to shed some light on the dark world they live in.
