Imperial Capital, 1930. At some point, a peculiar group of individuals transporting musical instrument cases arrived at the Tokyo station. They are known as the "Jaegers," and they have arrived here to hunt vampires. A young man who stood among them exuded an air of strangeness and an extraordinary calmness that was rather startling.
