A wandering merchant in search of riches, Lawrence, discovers a naked girl with the ears and tail of a wolf sleeping in his wagon. Her name is Holo, and she is a harvest goddess who yearns to return to her beloved northern realm despite harboring an untamed beast within. Armed with his street savvy and her animal instincts, a modest peddler and a forgotten god go on a trip into the wilderness.
