Sungkyunkwan Scandal

Sungkyunkwan Scandal is a fusion historical drama that was released in South Korea in2010. It tells the story of a girl who attends Sungkyunkwan, the Joseon Dynasty's premier educational college, while disguising herself as a boy because women were not permitted to study there. It was written by Kim Tae-hee and directed by Kim Won-seok, and it was based on the best-selling novel The Lives of Sungkyunkwan Confucian Scholars written by Jung Eun-gwol in2007. It stars Park Min-young, Park Yuchun, Yoo Ah-in, and Song Joong-ki. Kim Won-seok directed it. Twenty episodes of it were broadcast on KBS2 beginning on Monday, August 30, and ending on Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at 21:55 local time.
