The Commander
The Commander is a crime TV show starring Amanda Burton. The show started on ITV in 2003 and ran until 2008. Commander Clare Blake, a member of London's detective murder squad, is the main character of the series. Clare Blake has been criticized for being willing to sleep with suspects in order to get information from them. Her relationship with murderer James Lampton, played by Hugh Bonneville, is a good example of this. Matthew Marsh played DCI Mike Hedges in the first movie Burton was in. Mark Lewis Jones is now DCI Doug James with Burton.
