The Detour
A what-in-the-living-hell-is-wrong-with-this-family comedy written by the comedic power couple Jason Jones and Samantha Bee, who drew their ideas from their own experiences with traveling with their own families. Uncut dad Nate takes his family on the road with him, including his wife Robin and their children Delilah and Jared. They seem to be taking one perilous detour after another during their journey, and each stage of their journey is loaded with danger. This family has a reputation for looking for trouble wherever they go and charging headfirst into it whenever they do find it.
