The New Scooby and Scrappy Doo Show is the sixth version of the Hanna-Barbera Saturday morning cartoon Scooby-Doo. It started on September 10, 1983, and ran for one season on ABC. It was a half-hour show with two 11-minute short cartoons. The show is a return to the mystery-solving format, and Daphne is back after four years. In each episode, she, Shaggy, Scooby-Doo, and Scrappy-Doo solve supernatural mysteries while posing as reporters for a teen magazine.
