When Marcus Lemonis isn't busy operating his multi-billion dollar firm, Camping World, he searches for struggling businesses that are in need of cash and are ripe for a deal. He then attempts to make a purchase of one of these companies. Over the course of the past decade, he has successfully turned around more than 100 different businesses. Now that he's brought those skills to CNBC, he's doing something that no one has ever done before on TV: he's betting millions of dollars worth of his own money. In each episode, Lemonis will make an irresistible offer, which will consist of his money in exchange for a portion of the firm as well as a share of the earnings. Once he is inside these companies, he will do practically anything to rescue the business and create a profit for himself; even if it means firing the president, promoting the secretary, or doing the work himself, he will do whatever it takes to save the business and earn a profit.
