Each driver is vying for the title of "World's Wackiest Racer," which is awarded to the racer who exhibits the most outrageous driving style. The first episode of Wacky Races aired on CBS on September14,1968, and it continued until January4, 1969. There were seventeen episodes created, and each one featured a different racial minority.
