Nerdy In this comedy-drama, Walter Paisley (Dick Miller), a clumsy busboy in a beatnik café who doesn't fit in with the cool environment around him, attempts to court his gorgeous co-worker, Carla (Barboura Morris), by creating a bust of her from clay. In the event that his clumsiness causes the death of his landlady's cat, he panics and covers the body with a layer of plaster. Nevertheless, after receiving positive feedback from Carla and her friends, Walter decided to employ the same artistic approach to make some larger and more elaborate works of art.
