Byung-du is a 29-year-old career criminal who works for Sang-chul, a middle-rank enforcer who is in charge of a group of people. Because his mother is dying and he has to look after his siblings, Byung-du is under a lot of stress as a "substitute father." When President Hwang is besieged by a corrupt prosecutor, Byung-du offers to do a whack job and earns the big man's trust.
