When it comes to Christmas, Santa's elves are able to make thousands of gifts and distribute them over the world in one night. One of 600 million children expected to get a gift from Santa on Christmas Eve is missed by all save Arthur, who deems it acceptable. As the misfit son of Santa Claus, Arthur Claus sets off on an unofficial rookie assignment to deliver the final Christmas present halfway around the world before the sun rises on December 25th.
