Police detective Barnbrooke is convinced that the media-dubbed psychopath "The Pied Piper" is responsible for the abduction and imprisonment of a teenage cellist named Eve Taylor in a dank cellar. Police Detective Barnbrooke believes that Eve will meet the same fate as the other Pied Piper Victims if he is unable to successfully nail down his sole suspect this time, despite having failed to stop him in over fourteen years and with three other girls missing-presumed dead. Proving the Pied Piper's identity in time is a much deadlier story than merely knowing who he is.
