In response to the theft of copies of SAT exams from the office of a principal, the young reporter Bobby Funke decides to investigate and identify the perpetrator. Bobby publishes an essay in which he accuses Class President Paul Moore of being the thief, causing the youth's reputation to be ruined. But when Bobby gets to know Paul's girlfriend Francesca, he comes to the conclusion that he was incorrect about Paul. As a result, Bobby decides to find out who the real criminal is.
