At War for Love

It's 1943, and Europe is engulfed in World War II. Arturo and Flora, the daughter of a restaurant owner, are in love in New York, but she has been promised to the son of a Mafia boss. There is a way around this, but Arturo must first obtain permission from Flora's father, who lives in a Sicilian village. Arturo has no money, so the only way he can go to Sicily is to join the United States Army, which is preparing to land on the island.
