Bleach: Hell Verse

Unforgiven (Togabito), which have escaped from Hell, attack Ichigo Kurosaki's school. Rukia Kuchiki and Renji Abarai are sent to find out what's going on. The Unforgiven, who are led by Shuren, go after Ichigo's family, and Ichigo's younger sister Yuzu Kurosaki is taken. Karin Kurosaki is also saved from being taken by an Unforgiven named Kokut. He convinces Ichigo to go with him and the Soul Reapers to Hell to save Karin. When monsters called Kushanda, the guardians of Hell, attack them on the way, Ichigo's Hollow mask starts to appear on its own. Kokut advises him not to use his mask lest he lose control and become completely hollowfy, and tells him that the Kushanda torment Unforgiven for their misdeeds by killing them, as Unforgiven constantly resurrect, and that spirits slaughtered in Hell become Unforgiven themselves.
