The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is currently searching for the person who plotted a series of terrorist assaults. Roger Ferris is the agency's man on the ground. He is constantly on the go, racing from location to location in an effort to stay one step ahead of the constantly altering events. Ferris is being monitored via a satellite link, which acts as an eye in the sky. Ed Hoffman, who works for the CIA and is located thousands of miles away, is the one who is on the other end of that real-time link. He is making plans. And as Ferris gets closer to his objective, he learns that trusting others can be perilous even while it is essential to one's ability to survive.
