Breakin L.A.
A gang of cyclists from Hamburg, Germany, traveled to Los Angeles to break into the metropolis. The group dispersed the city in all cardinal directions over the course of 12 days. They sped past East LA's barrios, sped to Venice's beaches, and mounted the Hollywood Hills. They volunteered at the Midnight Mission on Skid Row to raise awareness to the 15,000 homeless people in Los Angeles who are the effect of gentrification. They found a Velodrome in the Valley and put their consciousness to the test at the LA Gun Club. They attempted to reclaim Los Angeles' ecological desert, surviving evolutionary pressure to overcome the distances and traffic.
