Dr. Watt is up to something nefarious. He kidnaps gorgeous young women and uses them as mannequins in local boutiques. Luckily for Dr. Watt, Detective-Sergeant Bung is on the case, and he has no idea what's going on! All the horror greats, from Frankenstein to Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde, are parodied in this spoof of the Hammer Horror films.
