Children of the Sea

Ruka is a young girl with a divorced mother and a father who works in an aquarium. When two dugong-raised boys, Umi and Sora, are brought to the aquarium, Ruka is captivated to them and realizes that she, too, has a mysterious connection to the water. Strange happenings, such as the appearance of marine creatures far from their home zone and the loss of aquarium animals all over the world, appear to be tied to Umi and Sora's extraordinary power. However, the nature of the boys' power and the strange incidents remains unknown, and Ruka becomes engrossed in unraveling the mystery that surrounds her new pals.
