Nuke 'em high class is back, and this time they're in college! Tromaville's nuclear plant has been rebuilt. It now includes the Tromaville institute of technology, which is a school of technology. Tromaville Tech is inside the nuclear plant and is where Prof. Holt has worked on making Sub-humanoids, which are living things that don't have emotions but are genetically programmed to do menial tasks. It was Roger Smit's job to report on school events.
