Inspector Clouseau vanishes, and the Surete enlists the help of the world's second finest investigator to find him. Clouseau's adversary, Dreyfus, however, rigs the Surete's computer to choose the world's WORST detective, NYPD Sgt. Clifton Sleigh, instead.
