On her last day on duty in December of 1960, nurse Patirica (German actress Eva Habermann) has a lot to worry about. There is a steady stream of people at the office, a trainee in training and also her boss, Dr. Individual (George Hardy, GIANT 2), is anxiously waiting for a visit from the license examiners. While Dr. Person tries to find a test subject for his upcoming presentation of the cyst-pulverizing device he's produced called the Get-Gone, registered nurse Patricia, scarred from a previous test of the machine, expands increasingly anxious.
