Dying for a Crown

Lydia Campbell and her daughter Elle just moved from Los Angeles to Florida for reasons that are not clear. Elle is a senior at Bellview High School, where Elle's new assistant principal is a woman named Lydia. As newcomers to the town, they both want a better life and will do anything to get it. As prom season starts, Elle does everything she can, with Lydia by her side, to make friends and become homecoming queen.
