When Paul Nerteaux discovers the third slashed female corpse of illegal Turkish immigrants, he asks retired investigator Jean-Louis Schiffer for help. They penetrate the Turkish mafia together, looking for answers to the crimes. Meanwhile, Anna Heymes, a worker, is undergoing brain treatment and is experiencing terrible headaches as well as flashes of memories and images.
