Mario, a model citizen, lives in a community on the Galician coast. Everyone respects him at the elderly people's home where he works as a nurse. When the best-known narco in the neighborhood, Antonio Padn, enters the residence after being just released from prison, Mario tries to make Antonio feel at ease. Padn's two sons, Kike and Too, have taken over the family company. If an operation fails, Kike will be imprisoned and they will owe a big sum to a Colombian source. Too will approach the nurse in an attempt to persuade his father to forgive the debt. But Mario has his own intentions.
